The Style Team Manager oversees the coordination and execution of all hair and makeup services for St. Louis Fashion Week. This role works closely with designers, models, and beauty professionals to ensure each collection's hair and makeup vision is executed professionally and on schedule.

Responsibilities include recruiting and coordinating hair and makeup artists, communicating designer beauty requirements, creating beauty schedules, assigning artists to designers and models, and overseeing hair and makeup operations during rehearsals and show days. The Hair & Makeup Team Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all beauty teams and helps ensure a positive and organized backstage environment.

This role collaborates closely with the Runway Operations Manager, Model Operations Manager, Designer Experience Coordinator, and Backstage Coordinators to ensure models move efficiently through the beauty process and are prepared for rehearsals and runway presentations. Together, these teams work to maintain a smooth, professional backstage experience for all participants.

The Hair & Makeup Team Manager is responsible for troubleshooting beauty-related challenges, managing timelines, and ensuring artists have the information and resources needed to successfully execute each designer's vision.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in fashion, beauty, salon management, or event production who enjoys leading teams, coordinating logistics, and working in a fast-paced backstage environment.
