Event Coordinators assist with the planning and execution of St. Louis Fashion Week events, supporting logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and on-site operations. This role works closely with producers, managers, and volunteers to ensure each event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities may include assisting with load-in and load-out, managing schedules, troubleshooting issues, and providing general event support. Event Coordinators should be organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a volunteer position.
