Hospitality Manager

The Hospitality Manager oversees the overall guest, participant, and volunteer experience throughout St. Louis Fashion Week. This role is responsible for ensuring all front-of-house and backstage hospitality needs are met, creating a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for designers, models, sponsors, media, and guests.

This position manages the Front of House Coordinators and works closely with event leadership to oversee check-in operations, seating flow, backstage comfort, volunteer hospitality, and day-of guest support. The Hospitality Manager plays a key role in maintaining positive energy, clear communication, and smooth operations during all STLFW events.

This is a volunteer position.
