The Backstage Coordinator supports the smooth flow of operations behind the scenes during St. Louis Fashion Week events. This role helps ensure that designers, models, stylists, and production teams are organized, informed, and ready as shows move through rehearsals and live runway presentations.

Responsibilities include assisting with backstage organization, supporting model and designer movement, helping maintain timing and order, and communicating key updates between runway, styling, and production teams. Backstage Coordinators work closely with the Runway Operations Manager, Model Operations Manager, and Event Coordinators to help keep the show running on schedule.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants hands-on experience with live fashion production and behind-the-scenes event operations.

This is a volunteer position.
