The Designer Outreach Coordinator manages communication and relationships with participating and prospective designers. This role is responsible for recruiting new designers, guiding them through the application and interview process, and supporting onboarding and preparation for STLFW shows.

Additional responsibilities may include assisting with designer interviews, critiques, rack checks, and maintaining clear communication leading up to rehearsals and show days. This position plays a key role in shaping the creative lineup of St. Louis Fashion Week.

This is a volunteer position.
